APRO Industrial Grade 2.5-inch SATA Flash Disk Industrial Temp
APRO Industrial 2.5-inch SATA Flash Disk is an extremely rugged design for SATA interfaces which follows Serial ATA 1.0a and ATAPI-5 specifications. Using top quality NAND SLC Flash IC's from Samsung makes the device extremely reliable and stable and managed by the translation of parallel ATA controller and serial ATA controller. The 2.5-inch SATA Flash Disk are available in capacities 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB. The operating temperature grade supports commercial level -40°C ~ 85°C. The data transfer modes supports up to UDMA-4.
The APRO Industrial 2.5-inch SATA Flash Disk products provide a high level interface to the host computer. This interface allows a host computer to issue commands to the Flash Disk to read or write blocks of memory. The host addresses the card in 512 byte sectors. Each sector is protected by a powerful 4-bit Error Correcting Code (ECC).
